Right of withdrawal

Under Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation you may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without any reason or penalty. At Dr. Korse we extend this to 30 days.

Conditions

• The item must be unused, unwashed and in resalable condition.
• For hygiene reasons the item must be returned in its original packaging.
• The invoice / order information must be included.

How to return / exchange

1. Contact us at +90 541 322 00 08 (WhatsApp) for returns and exchanges. 2. Ship the item using the return code / address provided. 3. Once received and inspected, your payment is refunded via the original method within 14 days.
