Makent Perakende A.Ş. ("Company") is the data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

Data we collect

Name, delivery/billing address, phone, order and payment information (card details are NOT stored by the Company; payment is processed via the licensed payment institution iyzico).

Purposes

• Creating, delivering and invoicing your order,
• Customer support and returns/exchange processes,
• Fulfilling legal obligations,
• Marketing communication to the extent you consent.

Transfers

Your data is shared only as needed with shipping carriers, the payment institution (iyzico) and legally authorised authorities.

Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
